How do we ensure sustainability?
In the consultancy process, we ensure we pass our skills on to you, so that you can maintain the project even in our absence.
We also maintain a very good relationship with you to enable you bounce off ideas or discuss issues relating to the project (when it has ended) – at no cost.
Our Consultancy Approach
Because you are unique, and our hope is to be a partner of choice to you:-
- We spend time to understand your business
- It is important to us that we meet with you to get to know you. It is also to discuss the project and your desired outcomes.
- In partnership with you, we prepare a proposal and project plan.
- We assign a consultant to manage your project and act as your point of contact.
- Your assigned consultant will ensure you benefit from the skills and expertise of the rest of the consulting team during the project delivery.
- Regular reviews are built into projects to ensure the project is on track and you are happy with the service provision. Communication is very important to us.
- At the end of the project there is a final review. A plan is drawn as part of the review, to enable you maintain the project after we have left.
- We contact occasionally after we have left, to find out how you are getting on with maintaining the project.

This service is to ensure that your organisation receives good quality HR services at a fraction of what it would cost you to employ, manage and maintain an HR professional within your business - WE BECOME YOUR HR DEPARTMENT.

- Provide advice and guidance as and when you need it
